Abstract: In order to evaluated the status and role of eco-forest on quality and efficiency of agriculture in States Farms, aggregate development strategy of eco-forest for big agriculture, we classifying the focus farms, investigate ,comparison and analysis the data ,get the following results: the protection of the farmland shelterbelt can increased the average yield of wheat by about 15.4%, increased the average yield of soybean by about 14.7%; the input-output ratio of planting water conservation forest and soil and water conservation forest can reach 1:12 in one construction cycle; the profit of nursery is ten times of farmland for the same area; returning desertification infertile farmland to forest can turn loss to profit situation; farms increase efficiency and workers increase income through construct family forest farm and develop eco-economic forest. We proposed four projects and develop strategy to improve eco-forest. By way of comparison and analysis, we get conclusion that construct eco-forest system laid the foundation for develop quality and efficiency agriculture, make forestry industry gradually become a new economic growth point ,and becomes an increasingly important role in quality and efficiency agriculture, increasing employment ,and foster new economic growth points.
