Abstract: China's rural insurance system innovation has been the case, this issue is the conduct of a systems engineering, China's rural areas need to do in-depth studies in all directions. But I think the core of rural social insurance model of reform, need to build a new rural social insurance model, the cooperative insurance organizations. The author discussed the rural social insurance system as a major innovation, as well as cooperation in the establishment of insurance organizations, advantages and explain their operation. Cooperative insurance organizations on rural social insurance of various types of universal application of the new model, improve the study of a single rural insurance, limited, the theory of the status quo, farmers so as to improve the quality of life purpose
