Abstract: The variation and correlations of seven mineral nutrient elements (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Al, Mn) of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng leaf during reproductive growth stages were studied in five growth periods. The results showed that the contents of elements N, Mg and Al decreased during flower bud differentiation stage, while the contents of elements K and Mn increased, and the contents of elements P and Ca are stable; the contents of elements N and K decreased during bud period and florescence period, while the contents of elements Mg, Al and Mn increased, and the contents of elements P and Ca are stable; the contents of elements N, P, Mg and Mn decreased during seed stage, while the content of elements Al increased, and the contents of elements K and Ca are stable; significant correlations existed between Ca and P, while the correlations among the others are insignificant.
