Abstract: The optimum growth temperature of mycelia,agronomic traits of 13 strains of thermophilic Pleurotus ostreatus were determined and analyzed. The results showed that Pn1 was the best strain with fast growth at high temperature, short duration，high biological efficiency and good shape.
