Abstract: In Taiwan, the measures to control stock raising pollution is to reduce waste and reuse resource, extend pollution control technologies, strengthen pollution management; there are edicts to control pollution such as water pollution control, air pollution control, offal cleaning, reuse the resource. Use the experience for reference, some countermeasures for China main land are put forward such as to increase invest to environment protection, study to clean production, perfect the lawmaking of pollution control, the location and scale should be controlled in moderation.
