Abstract: The present experiment was conducted to determine effects of different DCAD in diets on ruminal fluid pH, protein degradation and activity of three kinds of digestion enzyme in rumen of Laoshan dairy goats. A 4×4 latin square design was adopted in this experiment. DCAD in different groups was 0、50、100、200mEq/kgDM, respectively. The means of different sampling points showed that DCAD of diet could could significantly influence the ruminal pH, content of NH3-N and activity of carboxymethyl cellulase (P<0.05) , and there was no effects of DCAD on activity of α-amylase and neutralprotease(P>0.05).It could be concluded from results that the DCAD of 100mEq/kgDM was advantaged to non-pregnancy, non-lactication Laoshan dairy goat.
