Abstract: Apple industry is the advantaged industry of rural economy in Shanxi province. The problems of apple industry development in Shaanxi province are as follows：the layout and the structure of sorts of apple are not rational，the per unit area yield and the rete of quality apple are low, the level of industrialization are low，the installation and the service system of apple production are not completely.
