Abstract: At the rural-work meeting of whole country, which is pointed out that we should carry out the spirit of the Party,s sixteenth representative convention carefully and put it into effect, quicken rural education development, deepen rural education reform, accelerate harmony development between city and country . Slow growth of rural income is the most outstanding problem in currency agriculture and rural economy, but growth of rural must improve peasant quality above all, therefore, aiming at the status of our country that rural basic education is weak and middling prefession education is lagging, we must adjust the cultivate orientation of present rural education, make the rural education system much better, enhance investment and support to rural technology and education, strengthen peasants, development ability.
