Abstract: This paper systematically expounded the current production situation of rapeseed such as the area, yield, degree of high quality and its productive earning etc. in Anhui province, found the main problem in its production, analyzed the distance on cost, quality, government subsidies, food security and utilization between Anhui province and the developed countries, and presented the method of promoting the competitive power. The method is as follows: 1. The agriculture mechanization and the fertilization utilization efficiency should be promoted and the agriculture tax should be reduced, so the production cost could be lower. 2. The seed should be supplied uniformly and cultivated in its specialized area; the quality of rapeseed should be promoted. 3. The government subsidies should be improved, and the foodstuff secure advantages can be brought out. The industry production development of high quality rapeseed should be speeded up.
