Abstract: Using CAPS and SSR two molecular techniques, the fingerprinting of wild tomato and cultivated tomato were analyzed. In this study, 19 out of 30 pairs of CAPS primers and 7 out of 10 SSR primers were selected, which gave stable and polymorphic amplification profiles. This two molecular techniques produced 98 bands, the results showed that the detectability of SSR is better than CAPS, 16.3 percent were form L.hirsutum, 10 percent were from L.pimpinellifolium, this two wild tomatoes could be used in genetics and breeding of tomato availably.
