Study on the Mycelia and Extra Cellular Polysaccharide of
Two speice of Hypsizigus marmoreus by Rotation Fermentation

Abstract: According to the research of the fermentation technique of two speice of Hypsizigus marmoreus by rotation culture .The result is: glucose is the carbon source of mycelium and extra cellular polysaccharide of Hypsizigus marmoreusⅠ and Hypsizigus marmoreusⅡ in fermentation, yeast extractea is the nitrogen source; liquid fermentation medium consist of 3% glucose, 0.4% yeast extractea, vitB1 10mg/100ml、KH2PO4 0.1%、MgSO4 0.1%,and PH value is 6.0; optimum condition for liquid fermentation includes: pH 6.0~7.0,bed rotation speed 110~130r/min,temperature 25~28℃, volum 150ml/250ml at the beginning. mycelium and extra cellular polysaccharide of two speice of Hypsizigus marmoreus have high production and they are: 3.92mg/ml for the dry weight of mycelium and 8.83 mg /ml for extra cellular polysaccharide of Hypsizigus marmoreusⅠ; while 3.25mg/ml for the dry weight of mycelium and 7.69 mg /ml for extra cellular polysaccharide of Hypsizigus marmoreus Ⅱ, The production of the dry weight of my mycelium and extra cellular polysaccharide of Hypsizigus marmoreus Ⅰin rotation fermentation is more than Hypsizigus marmoreusⅡ,s.
