Abstract: According as the carrying out and fulfilling of the Law of the Contract for Rural Land, this paper discussed in detailed the strategies and methods of guaranteeing farmers’ rights and interests in soil from aspects of protection of farmers’ self-determination, the establishment of canonical mechanism of soil transition and the persisting in the soil protection policy.
