Abstract: Bashang Hebei Cool Area is “ the no-public nuisance time difference vegetable producing base ” by Hebei province government, and the vegetable quantity, quality and market owning rate is very high. But we find there are many problems in the industry through studying the time difference vegetable industry status, for example, we can not develop the time difference superiority, use a few varieties, science technology content is low, no good unified market system, no deep processing industry, and scale producing ability is low, and so on. All these problems restrict the industry to develop. So we must extend new varieties, new technology, add science technology content, attract foreign businessmen investing, strengthen manageable department managing ability, extend comprehensive service model, strengthen market system construct, achieve scale standardization and serialization producing and selling model, enhance trademark consciousness, form trademark superiority, perfect intermediary organization, create industry association, open green passage depend on the government, promote the industry developing.
