Abstract:

With the method of change the size of ventilation space of root-zone .In this paper ,The effects of differentt root-zone environment on tomato was studied.The results showed that contents of CO2 and O2 in root-zone were significantly different among the four manners of ventilation, CO2 content of CK treatment was the highest（2.1﹪）, and O2 content of T2 treatment was the highest（19.3％）. But T1 treatment had a high value in the aspect of root activities and NR; T2 treatment had the best yield and nutration quality . Together, T2 treatment was better to used .
