Abstract:

The nature low temperatures in winter, to four kinds of color-leafed plants as test material, pairs of one-year-dormant branches of the SOD, POD content changes were determined, a preliminary study of the relationship with the cold and to study the different species SOD, POD changes in its activity due to low temperature stress the similarities and differences. The results show that its levels were elevated after the first showed a falling trend, which, SOD activity of the highest value in January, POD the highest value in February, while the maximum value of Prunus cistena SOD activity is higher than other three species, POD activity was presented as a minimum, Acer truncatum was no significant change in SOD activity, but POD activity increased 10.4-fold.
