Abstract: China is an agriculture country and rich in the straw sources. The statistical date shows that the weigth of straws was about 747 million tons in 2007,which took up 20%-30% that of the whole world. In China, the usage fashions of straws are plentiful, but there are also a large number of straws to be dealed with in unproper ways,such as burning、discarding and so on. Not only does it waste source but also pollute the environment badly. Meanwhile, amounts of orgianic fertilizers are to be needed in the production of angriculture. So produce fertilizers with straws can support an effective approach to solve the contradiction on requirement of organic fertilizers and unsufficient usage of straws. This article introduces and expounds the present state、problems and developing perspectives on producing fertilizers with straws, and gives some suggestions about it.
