Abstract:

At present, the rural finance was still the weakest part of the finance system in our country, which the organization coverage is low, the mechanism is imperfect, the service supplies are not full, and the problem of “the difficulty of loan” is still not to obtain the fundamental change. Therefore, in order to improve the current rural finance situation, the country should develop new rural finance and innovate the rural finance system. The new rural finance has comparative advantages of the full information, the nimble operation, the latent good quality of the property and so on, therefore, the country must strengthen support for the new rural finance, encourage innovation of the rural finance system, build bridge and channel of the supplies and the demand for the rural finance and promote the development of the new rural finance
