Abstract:

In order to promote farmer specialized cooperatives’ rapid, healthy and continuous development, this paper analyzes some main problems of farmer specialized cooperative appeared in it’s rapid process. The analysis base on the 66 research data and 8 interview materials of farmer specialized cooperatives in Hebei province. The results show that the problems include the small scale, the narrow service field, the shortage of capital and talent, the lack of enthusiasm membership,the imperfect system and poor stability operation mechanism. The paper also explains corresponding reasons, and then proposes some measures and suggestions.
