Abstract:

This article examines the culture time, light intensity and light cycle, different concentrations of C, N, P, different concentrations of NaCl for extraction of polysaccharide from Spirulina subsalsa.The optimal conditions were original light intensity 4000lux above, light and dark cycle of 14:10,NaHCO3 concentration of 5g/L,NaNO3 concentration of 2.5g/L,K2HPO4 concentration of 0.38g/L,NaCl concentration of 4g/L.
