Abstract:

The optimized conditions of the alcohol extraction of the wall-unbroken and wall-broken of rape pollen were obtained through orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimized conditions of the wall-unbroken and wall-broken of rape pollen were as follows: ratio of solid-liquid l:8, time 2 h, temperature 55℃, concussion frequency 145 rpm and ratio of solid-liquid l:8, time 2 h, temperature 65℃, concussion frequency 145 rpm. Under these optimized conditions, the ratios of extraction of the wall-unbroken and wall-broken of rape pollens were significant difference (P<0.01). They were 32.00% and 43.16% respectively. The wall-broken of rape pollen is better for more ratio of extraction. In this paper, the optimized conditions of the alcohol extraction and choice of materials during processing of rape pollen were offered.
