Abstract:

Abstract: Given the changes of national policy and internal requirements of agricultural development, this paper analyzes the background of building a new agricultural socialized service system, and put forward the framework and specific tasks of this new system. It also gives policy suggestions on how to define the roles of government and market, and how to protect the autonomy of farmer's production management in the construction of this new system.
