Abstract:

Abstract: In this study, the proliferation of Duck Hepatitis Virus Type Ⅰ (DHV-Ⅰ) is based on SPF Chick Embryo. Preparation of chicken embryo fibroblasts (CEF), CELD50 and TCID50 are used to determine DHV infectivity. The results showed that DHV successfully proliferated in SPF chicken embryos, Lethal Chick of DHV have typical symptoms and surfaced characteristics, the value of CELD50 is 10-5.6/0.2 mL and TCID50 is 10-5.12/0.1 mL.
