Shanghai deep-sea fishery ranks among the best for its larger industrial-scale and economic effectiveness in china. It is of significance to study the dynamic factors of Shanghai deep-sea fishery, which can promote the development of deep-sea fishery in other areas of domestic and fisheries-related industries. In accordance with the development course of Shanghai deep-sea fishery industry, using the theory of Porter-Diamond-Model (PDM), this paper refines the basic and the key dynamic factors of shanghai deep-sea fishery after studying the relevant factors (factors of production, market and so on). According to the current new economic situation, the choice of prior developing dynamic factors is discussed. Result indicates that external opportunities, government behavior, competitive pressure and the change of consumption demand and consumption patterns are basic developing dynamic factors. And deep-sea fishery resources and technical resources, capital, deep processing, logistics, marketing and professional talents are the key dynamic factors.
