Abstract: Ancient trees and heritage trees are natural and cultural heritage of important protection value. On the basis of the research and investigation about the Ancient trees and heritage trees in Beijing, this thesis aims to ascertain the value evaluation system of Ancient trees and heritage trees by the means of Delphi Method from three aspects, namely natural value, cultural value and landscape value. At the same time, combining with analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and weighing about the evaluation index through calculation, the corresponding standard for value evaluation has been put forward and the model for value evaluation has been finally determined. By classifying Ancient trees and heritage trees into five levels--A, AA , AAA , AAAA , AAAAA , it can provide a set of value evaluation system of comprehensive considerations for the resources preservation.
