稻瘿蚊多抗性材料的聚合与创新

Gathering Hybidization of More Gall Midge Resistance Material

摘要: 利用广西高抗稻瘿蚊地方品种GX-M001与已知抗性基因的抗蚊青占、HT1350(含GM6)和高产优质品种桂软占杂交,通过常规育种将GM6抗性基因导入到我的抗源品种GX-M001中,成功地将多抗性基因聚合在一起,培育出多抗性的创新材料。

Abstract: We used the highly gall midge resistant variety of Guangxi, GX-M001,to do resistant/resistant gathering hybridization, that is to cross with another highly gall midge resistant variety Qingzhan which include the resistance gene of GM6,the gall midge resistant variety from overseas, HT1350, and the high yielding fine quality variety Guiruanzhan, by backcrossing and inbred, the resistance gene of GM6 were introgressed into GX-M001,we were successful to incorporate several resistance genes from different genetic background into one genotype and got new material for more resistance.
