禾顶囊壳对小麦初生根和次生根的侵染性研究

摘要:

采用室内盆栽接种法,测定了全蚀病菌?禾顶囊壳小麦变种对小麦初生根与次生根的侵染性。结果表明,小麦初生根易感全蚀病菌,是禾顶囊壳小麦变种的主要侵染部位,而次生根相对抗病,其发病轻重与次生根的生理年龄和小麦品种的抗病性有关。小麦8793-8较76120抗禾顶囊壳小麦变种的侵染。

Abstract:

The infectivity of the take-all causing pathogen Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici (Ggt) on the seminal and secondary roots of wheat was determined with pot assay in glass house. The result showed that the seminal roots of wheat were highly susceptible to the infection of Ggt. However, the secondary roots were relatively resistant, and the degree of severity was associated with the age of roots and the resistance of wheat cultivars to the take-all disease. In comparison to 76120, 8793-8 was a cultivar resistant to the infection of Ggt.
