鉴别“地理标志”特色农产品检测技术研究进展

摘要:

本文综述了近年来对“地理标志”农产品鉴别技术的研究进展,从感官评价、理化特色指标分析、微量元素分析和稳定同位素比值分析等方面作了阐述。前人的实验研究表明利用现代检测技术,如电子鼻、电子舌、指纹图谱分析、微量元素分析、稳定同位素比值分析等,可快速、简便、准确地提取地域特征因子,提高鉴别 “地理标志”农产品的能力。

Abstract:

The progress on Technique and Advance for Identification of products of designations of origin or geographical indications was reviewed, including in the sensory evaluation, analyzing physical and chemical index, trace element levels and determining stable isotope ratios. Special attention was given to Modern Detection Technology, such as E-nose, E-tongues, fingerprint analysis, determining trace element content and stable isotope ratios. It should be a good method for picking-up geographical characteristic, and improve abilities to identify products of designations of origin or geographical indications.
