Abstract:

To understand the influence from China's information construction to the countryside scientific and technological services and the factors faced by the future development of the countryside scientific and technological information service, this paper took the questionnaire survey on the servers from the grassroots level in rural areas. Based on the survey results of 14 provincial regions in China, the paper analyzed the status of S&T service online and information behavior of the rural technology service providers, which involved network cognitive, network application, purpose of internet, place of internet and frequency of S&T website visit. And then it summarized the demand of the rural technology service providers from the information content and mode of transmission two levels. The empirical research conclusion as the basis, from network S&T information resources construction, construction mode of transmission, rural information service facilities construction, farmer’s information quality promotion in such aspects as promoted the countermeasures of rural technology service informatization development.
