The Microbial Synthesis of γ-polyglutamic Acid and Its Application in Agricultural Production

摘要: 微生物合成的γ-聚谷氨酸作为一种生物可降解的水溶性新型高分子聚合物,其独特的结构和理化性质使其在农业中具有广阔的应用前景。主要从γ-聚谷氨酸的理化性状、合成条件等方面对γ-聚谷氨酸进行了简要的介绍,并对其在农林保水剂、自身的肥料效应以及肥料增效剂和缓释剂等几个方面的应用状况进行了较为详细的综述,同时对今后的相关研究进行了展望,为加强γ-聚谷氨酸在农业中的应用,满足节约、高效、安全、低碳、生态和高值农业的发展奠定基础。

Abstract: γ-polyglutamic acid is a new type of biological degradable water-soluble polymer, and its unique structure and physical and chemical properties make it have a broad prospect of application in agriculture. In this paper, γ-polyglutamic acid is briefly introduced from its physical and chemical character and synthesis conditions, and so on, and it is summarized on the application aspects of super absorbent polymers, fertilizer synergia agent and fertilizer relievers in detail. At the same time, it is prospected for the future research, in order to strengthen the application of γ-polyglutamic acid in agriculture and meet saving, high efficiency, safety, low carbon and ecological agriculture and high values.
