农地城市流转过程中农户征地意愿影响因素研究——基于安徽省望江县农户样本分析

The Compensation Willingness and Its Affecting Factors of Landless Farmers in the Process of Urbanization ——Based on the Survey Data of Farmers in Wangjiang Region of Anhui Province

摘要: 当前,全国各地城市化进程迅猛发展,为了研究农地城市流转过程中影响农户征地意愿的因素,通过建立Logistic模型对影响农户征地意愿的因素进行定量分析,试图为保障农户利益提供依据。计量结果表明:年龄、家庭纯收入、农户对征地补偿合理性认识、被征地地区是否兴建工业,对农户征地意愿有着显著正效应;而征地前家庭人口抚养比例、离区域中心的距离、土地依赖度、征地比例,对农户征地意愿有着显著负效应。提出政府应根据具体情况采用更合理的补偿方式,保证征地过程中农户的权利,安排或者引导农户就业,努力实现征地后农户的可持续生计能力。 关键词:农户意愿;影响因素;Logistic模型

Abstract: Nowadays, the rapid development of city urbanization has nation widely in China. As purpose of find out factors of influence willingness of land expropriated farmers’ within the process of cropland city exchange, this paper will quantitative analysis farmers’ willingness through Logistic module, in order to provide evidences to beneficial peasant households. As Results clarify that age, family net income, conceptual knowledge of land requisition compensation, industrial usage of land acquisition area are the mainly factors which have positive influence of peasant households’ land acquisition willingness; meanwhile, negative factors are family population dependency ratio before land acquisition, distance from the regional center, land dependent percentage, land acquisition ration. Thus, this paper points out government shall adopt more reasonable compensation depends on specific circumstance, to protect peasant households’ legal rights under the process of land expropriation, arrange or guide households’ obtain employment and strive achieve peasant households’ sustainable livelihoods after land acquisition.
