外源激素IAA、GA3、NAA 对苜蓿开花结实及种子特性的影响

Effects of Exogenous Hormone IAA, GA3 and NAA on Flowering,
Fruiting and Seed Characteristics of Alfalfa

摘要: 为探索外源激素对苜蓿种子产量及种子特性的影响,为苜蓿种子生产合理利用外源激素提供参考依据,以‘新牧4 号’紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L‘Xinmu No.4’)为材料,在苜蓿花期喷施外源激素IAA、GA3、NAA,通过测量花部特征、结荚率、种子产量和种子特性等指标,研究不同外源激素对苜蓿开花结实的影响。试验表明,外源激素对苜蓿的花部特征、结荚率及种子特性影响较大。其中,IAA使苜蓿小花数、荚果数减少,千粒重下降,但是合理浓度的IAA能够提高苜蓿结荚率、增加单荚种子数,提高种子产量和质量;高浓度的GA3能够增加花粉重量,并提高花粉活力,但结荚率、千粒重、种子产量等均 低于对照;NAA能够降低花粉活力,种子产量、发芽势、发芽率和幼苗株高均低于对照。综合分析认为, 外源激素IAA能够提高苜蓿结荚率、增加种子产量,而GA3和NAA使苜蓿结荚率和种子产量降低。

Abstract: To found the influence of exogenous hormones on seed yield and seed characteristics, and provide reference for rational use of exogenous hormones in alfalfa seed production, Medicago sativa L ‘Xinmu No.4’ was used as the material and exogenous hormone IAA, GA3 and NAA at different concentrations were sprayed. Effects of different exogenous hormones on blossom and fruiting characteristics of alfalfa were studied by measuring the floral traits, sit pod rate, seed yield and seed characteristics and so on. The results showed that exogenous hormone had great influence on floral traits, sit pod rate and seed characteristics of alfalfa. IAA could cause the decrease of floret number, pod number and 1000 grain weight. But the proper concentration of IAA could improve sit pod rate, seed number per pod and the quality and yield of seed. High concentration of GA3 could increase pollen weight and improve pollen viability. However, pod rate, 1000 grain weight and seed yield of alfalfa sprayed with high concentration of GA3 were lower than those in CK. NAA could reduce pollen viability. Seed yield, germination potential, germination rate and seedling height of alfalfa sprayed with NAA were lower than those in CK. Comprehensive analysis showed that exogenous hormones IAA could improve the sit pod rate and increase seed yield of alfalfa, but GA3 and NAA could decrease the sit pod rate and seed yield of alfalfa.
