木薯抗寒性及相关性状基因定位研究综述

Review of Cassava Cold Resistance and Related Traits Gene Mapping Study

摘要: 木薯(ManihotesculentaCrantz)在热带亚热带地区有重要的食用价值、生物能源价值、遗传价值和生态价值,深受国内外学者重视。近年来木薯被用于生产燃料乙醇,逐渐成为一种重要的生物能源,木薯的需求量与日俱增。但是生产实践表明,限制木薯生产的主要因素是栽培品种抗寒性低。发掘木薯抗寒相关性状基因,选育抗寒的种质资源,是提高木薯抗寒性的重要途径。为了对木薯抗寒性开展更加全面的研究,归纳了国内外木薯抗寒性及相关性状基因定位的研究进展,探索木薯抗寒基因相关性状的遗传规律,同时结合中国的情况,提出今后研究的方向,为今后木薯抗寒研究提供依据。

Abstract: Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) has important edible value, biological energy value, genetic value and ecological value in the tropical and subtropical regions, and has drawn attention from scholars both at home and abroad. Cassava has been used in the production of fuel ethanol in recent years and gradually become a kind of important biological energy sources, so the demand of cassava is growing. But the production practice shows that the main factor limiting cassava production is the low cold resistance of cultivated varieties. Exploring cassava gene related to cold resistance and breeding cold-resistant cassava germplasm resources is an essential way to improve cold resistance of cassava. In order to study cassava cold resistance more comprehensively, this paper summarized the domestic and foreign progress on cassava cold resistance and related traits gene mapping, explored genetic law of related traits of cold resistance genes, at the same time, it put forward the future study direction taking into account the situation in China, and provided the basis for future research on cold resistance of cassava.
