分子标记技术在农作物品种鉴定上的研究进展及未来展望

Research Progress and Future Prospects of Molecular Marker Technology Applied in Crop Variety Identification

摘要: 概述了以AFLP、ISSR、SRAP以及SSR 等4 种主要的分子标记技术在农作物品种鉴定上的研究进展,提出了SSR将是未来利用分子标记技术鉴定品种纯度以及品种DUS测试的首选分子标记技术。同时介绍了在快速鉴定品种纯度上的研究进展,并预测未来利用互联网技术将分子标记指纹图谱和农作物品种形态学特征相结合实现品种快速检索、不同品种之间数字指纹比对以及比对信息快速输出以实现品种的快速鉴定,实现在农作物任何生长期均可达到快速鉴定品种纯度和真实性的目的,促进农作物品种权的保护以及中国种业的健康发展。

Abstract: In this paper, the research progress of crop variety identification by four dominating molecular markers, AFLP, ISSR, SRAP and SSR, was summarized. It was proposed that the SSR should be the first choice in future when molecular markers were used to identify the purity of variety and test for DUS. Meanwhile, the research progress of rapid identification of the purity of variety was introduced. And it was predicted that the internet technology would be used in future to combine the fingerprinting of molecular markers and the morphological feature of crop varieties to obtain a quick index of varieties. The rapid identification of varieties would be also achieved through the alignment of digital fingerprinting between different varieties and the rapid output of information. The goal of rapid identification of the purity of varieties and authenticity in any growing period of crop would be realized, which would promote the protection for varieties of plants and the healthy development of China's seed industry.
