棉杆栽培平菇技术研究

Technical Research on Cotton Stalks as Pleurotus ostreatus Culture Substrate

摘要: 为扩大平菇培养料来源、降低生产成本,从棉杆粉营养成分分析入手,通过筛选适宜粉碎粒度、最佳配方、最适品种,形成了棉杆粉栽培平菇的整套技术。即棉杆粉最佳粉碎粒度14 mm;最佳配方为棉籽皮25.5%,棉杆粉59.5%,麸皮10%,棉粕4%,棉油1%,另加生石灰2%,料水比1:1.7;适宜的平菇品种为‘苏研1号’。经大面积试验示范,产量与棉籽皮培养料持平,效益高于棉籽皮培养料。

Abstract: In order to expand the sources of Pleurotus ostreatus culture substrates and reduce the production cost, we analyzed the nutritional components of the cotton stalk powder, selected and identified the best fineness of pulverization, optimum formula and optimum variety. Then a complete set of techniques of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation with cotton stalk powder was formed successfully. So the best fineness of pulverization was 14 mm, the optimum formula was cotton seed hull 25.5%, cotton stalk powder 59.5%, bran 10%, cotton seed meal 4%, cottonseed oil 1%, added 2% lime, and the ratio of material to water was 1:1.7. The optimum Pleurotus ostreatus variety was ‘Suyan NO.1’. With large-area experiment and demonstration, the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus was the same as that cultivated with the cotton seed hull culture material, and the benefits were higher than that cultivated with cotton seed hull culture material.
