不同生物-有机-无机复混肥料对甘蓝生长的影响

Effects of Different Bio-organic-inorganic Compound Fertilizers on Cabbage Growth

摘要: 为了解决长期施用无机肥对蔬菜品质和产量以及土壤肥力的副作用,利用盆栽试验和大田试验研究生物-有机-无机复混肥对甘蓝生长发育和产量的影响。结果表明,在N-P2O5-K2O为16-6-8配方中含烟杆烟末有机无机肥中添加菌株Y2或者添加Y2和代谢物X-N后效果最好,45天时整株重量分别达到了213.333、200.000 g,甘蓝重量较单施16-6-8含烟末有机肥无机肥提高了26.73%和18.81%,两者差异并不显著;但在添加G2和代谢物后整体效果不佳,差异不显著。在16-6-8的含油枯有机无机肥中添加Y2和代谢物X-N后效果最好,单株甘蓝也达到196.667 g,较不添加菌剂提高了25.53%。整体来看,Y2菌株与代谢物A-N混合使用,不仅不能提高肥效,反而抑制了作物的生长,当Y2、G2、X-N、A-N共同使用时,效果也不好,基本起不到促生效果,反而会抑制植株生长。大田试验与盆栽试验结果趋势一致。

Abstract: In order to solve side effect of long-term application of inorganic fertilizers on quality and yield of vegetables and soil fertility, in this study, pot experiments and field trials are used to research the influences of biological-organic-inorganic compound fertilizer on growth and yield of cabbage. The results showed that, adding strain Y2 or Y2 and metabolite X-N to the organic-inorganic compound fertilizer N-P2O5-K2O of 16-6-8 formula which contained tobacco stems and tobacco powder could achieve the best effect, and whole weight reached 213.333 and 200.000 g respectively after 45 days. Compared with single application of organic-inorganic fertilizer 16-6-8 with tobacco powder, the cabbage weight increased by 26.73% and 18.81%, and the difference was not significant. The overall effect was poor after adding G2 and metabolites and the difference was not significant. After adding Y2 and metabolites X-N, the effect of the organic-inorganic fertilizer of 16-6-8 formula containing oil cake was the best, the single plant weight reached 196.667 g, increased by 25.53% compared with that which had no adding agents. Overall, the mixed use the Y2 strain and metabolite A-N could not improve the fertilizer efficiency, but also inhibited the growth of crops. When Y2, G2, X-N and A-N were used together, the effect was not good and could not achieve the growth-promoting effect, and finally inhibited plant growth. The results of field trial and pot experiment were consistent.
