烟叶密集烤房余热利用技术研究现状和发展建议

摘要: 排湿和排烟是密集烤房无效耗热的主要热量损失途径,也是提高密集烤房热能利用率的重要切入点。针对密集烤房耗煤量大、热能利用率低的实际情况,笔者对密集烤房排湿和排烟余热利用技术应用现状和研究进展进行了介绍,对国内现有余热利用装置的工作原理和技术特点进行了分析,就余热利用技术研究应用中存在的工作效率不够高、工作效果不理想、设备投入成本高等问题进行了总结,并提出了把成熟的工业技术应用到农业工程,系统回收利用烟囱余热和除湿余热,实现密集烤房内循环的发展建议。

Abstract: The main heat loss routs of bulk curing barn unavailable heat consumption are removing moisture and exhausting smoke, which are also the cut-in points to improve energy utilization efficiency in bulk curing barn. According to current condition of large coal consumption and low energy efficiency, technology application situation and developments of removing moisture and exhausting smoke were introduced, including working principle and technical characteristics of present installations. The exiting problems were summarized, including low productivity, unsatisfactory operation effect and high equipment investment. Finally, development suggestions were put forward, such as applying mature technologies to agricultural engineering, systematically recycling the waste heat in chimney and moisture removing to realize the internal circulation in bulk curing barn.
