植物提取物对烟草普通花叶病毒的抑制作用

Inhibitory Effect of Plant Extracts on TMV

摘要: 为明确美洲商陆和绞股蓝提取物对烟草普通花叶病毒(TMV)的抑制效果,探索防治烟草病毒病防治的新思路,以期为开发植物源提取物防治烟草普通花叶病毒病提供理论依据,采用半枯叶法和大田直接喷施的方法,测定美洲商陆和绞股蓝的提取物对TMV的抑制作用和对大田TMV植株发病情况的影响,分析以上2种植物提取物对TMV的防治效果。半枯叶法的结果表明:化学防病毒药剂在25~200 μg/mL浓度时均表现较好的抑制效果,其抑制率均在80%以上,与TMV不同混合时间后接种其抑制率在90%以上;美洲商陆和绞股蓝不同粗提物对TMV抑制率效果表现为甲醇提取物>苯提取物>石油醚提取物,美洲商陆对TMV抑制率显著高于绞股蓝,用200 μg/mL浓度与TMV混合后,混合时间越长其对TMV抑制率越高;对大田烟草TMV防治效果表现为:复配制剂>美洲商陆>绞股蓝,且高浓度效果优于低浓度,同时,缓解了感病植株烟草农艺性状各项指标。结果表明这2种植物源提取物对TMV抑制作用显著,是防治烟草普通花叶病毒病较为理想的植物源药剂。

Abstract: The study aims to identify the inhibitory effect of pokeweed and gynostemma plant extracts on TMV, explore a new method to control TMV diseases, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of plant extracts against TMV. Half leaf method and field spraying were taken as experimental methods, the inhibitory effect of pokeweed and gynostemma plant extracts on TMV and TMV rate were studied. The results of half leaf method showed that chemical antivirus agents all exhibited good inhibitory effects against TMV at 25-200 μg/mL with the inhibition ratios all above 80%. The inhibition ratios after different mixing times with TMV were above 90%. The inhibitory effects of pokeweed and gynostemma crude plant extracts showed that methanol extract > benzene extract > petroleum ether extract, and pokeweed showed a better inhibition ratio in comparing with gynostemma. When pokeweed was mixed with TMV under the concentration of 200 μg/mL, the inhibition ratio increased with the increase of mixing time. The inhibitory effect on field tobacco was compounded preparation > pokeweed > gynostemma, and high concentration of extracts showed better effect than that of low concentration. Agronomic traits of infected tobacco were alleviated by different plant extracts. Pokeweed and gynostemma had obvious inhibitory effects on TMV and could be ideal plant sources to control TMV.
