喷施钙肥对桃钙养分吸收和品质的影响

Effects of Spraying Calcium Fertilizer on Calcium Content and Quality of Peach

摘要: [目的]为了明确自制钙肥(以小分子有机物为助剂的螯合钙)在桃上的应用效果,[方法] 以喷施清水为对照,分别喷施硝酸钙、市场钙肥(糖醇螯合钙)及自制钙肥,研究其在不同时期喷施对果实钙养分吸收、品质以及着色度的影响。[结果]结果表明,喷施钙肥均显著提高了桃叶片和果肉中钙养分含量。从喷施时期上看,膨大期喷施叶片钙含量高于其他时期,膨大期+转色期喷施果肉钙含量最高;从喷施钙源种类上,自制钙肥果肉钙含量增加最多,较对照提高5.28%~10.85%,糖醇螯合钙肥提高叶片钙含量的幅度最大,是对照的1.84~1.99倍。同时,喷施钙肥提高了桃果实品质,改善了果品着色性,与对照相比,在转色期喷施自制钙肥果实硬度、糖酸比和总酚相对含量分别提高31.03%、61.61%和107.14%,均达显著水平。综合3种钙肥的喷施效果,在转色期喷施自制钙肥好于其他钙肥。

Abstract: Abstract: A field experiment taking water as control was conducted to investigate the effects of self made calcium (small molecular organics chelated calcium), calcium nitrate and chelated with sugar alcoholspray on flesh calcium content, fruit quality and fruit coloring for peach ‘Chunmi’ during fruit enlargement and colouring period. The results indicated that all calcium spray treatments enhanced the calcium contents of leaf and flesh of peach significantly, and the calcium contents in leaves under the calcium spray during enlargement stage were much higher than other stages, the calcium contents in flesh were the highest under the calcium spray both enlargement and colouring stages. Compared with control, the foliar spray of self made calcium induced the highest calcium contents of flesh, which increased by 5.28%~10.85%. The calcium contents in leaves increased significantly among all calcium treatments, at values of 1.84 to 1.99 times of the control. Besides, allcalcium spray treatments promoted fruit quality of peach and improved fruit coloring . Compared to the control, the hardness, sugar acid ratio and polyphenol content of fruit were increased significantly by 31.03%, 61.61%, and 107.14% respectively by spraying self made calcium fertilizer during coloring stage. Judging by the total effect of spraying, self made calcium was recommended as an excellent during colouring period.
