大豆食心虫成虫产卵对寄主豆荚特征的选择性

Oviposition Selectivity of Leguminivora glycinivorella on Host Pod

摘要: 为明确大豆品种对大豆食心虫成虫产卵选择的抗性机制,以4 个不同抗性水平的大豆品种(系)为材料进行大豆食心虫成虫产卵选择性试验,研究分析豆荚株位、豆荚大小、荚毛长度、荚毛密度、荚毛颜色等特征性状与成虫着卵量的关系。结果表明,在相同环境条件下,品种间着卵量存在显著差异,在豆株上大豆食心虫成虫喜于中、下部豆荚上产卵;着卵量与豆荚大小呈显著正相关,模型为y荚长= 3.16421 + EXP( 33.2713 - 13.3663x)(F=20.120,P=0.010,R=0.550),且成虫更喜欢在3~5 cm长的豆荚产卵;着卵量与荚毛长度呈显著负相关,模型为y毛长= 1356.46351 + EXP(3.3949 + 1.2865x)(F=170.235,P=0.000,R=-0.915);与荚毛密度呈正相关,模型为y密度= 10.278769 + 2379750.0228EXP(-x)(F=91.518,P=0.134,=0.656)。在同样大小的豆荚上成虫产卵更青睐于荚毛短、密度大的大豆品种。可见,豆荚荚毛长度、密度等品种特征影响其对大豆食心虫产卵选择抗性的水平,而大豆播种期和品种生育期的不同可能导致其结荚鼓粒期与大豆食心虫成虫盛发期的吻合程度,亦可显著影响其田间落卵量。

Abstract: This paper is to clarify the oviposition selectivity mechanism of soybean pod borer (Leguminivora glycinivorella) to soybean cultivars.【Methods】The relationship between eggs and pod phenotype characteristic (such as location, size, length, density and color) was analyzed based on four soybean cultivars (lines) with different resistance levels.The results showed that, under the same environmental conditions, The amount of eggs was significantly different between cultivars. Soybean pod borer prefered to oviposite on 3-5cm long pods of mid-height and the lower pods of bean plants. The amount of eggs was a significant positive correlation with pod size and pod density, and the model was Ypods length=3.1642/(1 EXP(33.2713-13.3663x)) (F=20.120, P=0.010, R=0.550), Ypod density=1/(0.278769 2379750.0228*EXP(-x)) (F=91.518, P=0.134, R=0.656). However, the amount of eggs was a significant negative correlation with pod villi length, and the model was Ypod villi length=1356.4635/(1 EXP(3.3949 1.2865x)) (F=170.235, P=0.000, R=0.915). For the same size pods, the adults prefered soybean cultivars with short pod villi and high density. 【Conclusion】These results indicate that the pod villi length and the density influenced the resistant level of oviposition selectivity of soybean pod borer. Different seeding time and growing stages could caused that pod-filling stage was consistent with adult prosperous period, and significantly affect the amount of eggs in field.
