沼泽小叶桦扦插技术研究

Cutting Propagation Techniques for Betula microphylla var. paludosa

摘要: 为研究不同因素对沼泽小叶桦硬枝和嫩枝插穗生根的影响,找到适合沼泽小叶桦扦插生根的方法,提高生根率。[方法]以多年生沼泽小叶桦实生苗作为试验材料,分别探讨激素种类、激素浓度、浸泡时间及木质化程度这4种因子对沼泽小叶桦插穗生根率、生根长度和生根数量的影响。[结果]结果表明:嫩枝插穗生根率明显高于硬枝插穗;用200 mg/L的ABT:GGR的混合激素处理硬枝插穗10 h,插穗生根率最高达13.33%;嫩枝插穗浸泡在50 mg/L的ABT-1 20 min,生根率最高为60%;硬枝插穗的生根长度和生根数量最高分别为3.75 cm和6.51根;嫩枝插穗的生根长度和生根数量最高可达32.38 cm和14.06根。[结论]经过不同的处理,找到了提高沼泽小叶桦生根的方法。

Abstract: Taking the perennial Betula microphylla var. paludosa as test materials, the effects of different hormone types, concentrations, soak time and lignified degrees on hardwood and softwood cuttings of rooting rate, rooting length and rooting number were investigated, to find a good method to improve the rooting rate. The results showed that the rooting rate of soft cuttings was higher than that of hardwood cuttings; the highest rooting rate of hardwood cuttings reached 13.33% which was treated with mixed hormones ABT-1 and GGR of 200 mg/L for 10 h; soft cuttings was treated with ABT-1 of 50 mg/L for 20 min, the rooting rate reached 60%; the highest rooting length and rooting number of hardwood cuttings were 3.75 cm and 6.51; and those of softwood cuttings reached 32.38 cm and 14.06. The rooting rate of perennial Betula microphylla var. paludosa was improved with different treatments.
