不同浸提方法测定的铜与油茶果实含量的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Soil Cu and Cu Content in Camellia oleifera Fruits by Different Extraction Methods

摘要: 为了研究不同浸提方法提取油茶林地的铜(Cu)含量与油茶果实中Cu 含量的相关性,分析不同Cu 提取剂的有效性及对果实Cu 含量的影响。采用HCl、ASI、Bray、DTPA、Mehlich3 等5 种浸提剂提取油茶林地土壤Cu,并采用ICP-AES测定提取液及果壳、种皮和种仁的铜含量,并进行相关性分析。结果表明:不同提取方法对Cu提取能力不同,提取能力顺序为:ASI>DTPA>HCl>M3>Bray;不同浸提方法测得的土壤有效铜含量之间相关性达极显著水平;油茶种仁Cu含量最高,达14.267 mg/kg,其次为种皮,果壳Cu含量最低;5 种方法测定的土壤有效铜含量与油茶果壳、种仁Cu含量呈正相关,其中与油茶种仁Cu含量的相关性达到显著水平,与种皮中Cu含量呈负相关。本实验表明,土壤和果实Cu含量测得值均低于国家标准,为油茶无公害生产提供可参考依据。

Abstract: The paper aims to study the correlation between Cu content in Camellia oleifera forest soil and Camellia oleifera fruit by different extraction methods, and analyze the validity of different Cu extraction agents and their effect on fruit Cu content. The authors extracted Cu from Camellia oleifera forest soil by using HCl, ASI, Bray, DTPA and Mehlich3, and measured the Cu content in the extract, shell, seed coat and kernel by ICP-AES, and did the correlation analysis. The results showed that: the extracting ability of different extraction methods was different, and the order was ASI>DTPA>HCl>M3>Bray; the correlations of soil available Cu content measured by different extraction methods reached extremely significant level; the Cu content of oil seeds was the highest, which was 14.267 mg/kg, followed by that of seed coat, the lowest was that of shell; the soil available Cu content measured by the 5 methods was positively correlated with Cu content in fruit shell and seed kernel of Camellia oleifera, and the correlation with Cu content in seed kernel was significant, while the soil available Cu content was negatively correlated with the Cu content in seed coat. The results indicated that the Cu content in soil and fruit measured was lower than that of the national standard, which provided reference for the pollution-free production of Camellia oleifera.
