云南省迪庆州附子母根与子根表型性状的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Phenotypic Traits of Parent and Daughter Roots of Aconitum carmichaeli in Diqing, Yunnan

摘要: 旨在研究附子主要农艺性状的遗传规律,为深入开展附子育种奠定科学的理论基础。本研究结合了14 份附子种质资源母根及子根的性状,采用相关分析、典型相关分析和因子分析对由母根性状组成的矩阵和子根性状组成的矩阵进行多角度的分析,探明性状间的相互关系及明确性状在育种工作中的重要性。结果表明:母根性状之间、子根性状之间以及母根与子根性状之间均有不同程度的相关;母根与子根存在6 组显著的典型相关关系,在每一组变量中均选择出若干个有代表性的指标来反映母根与子根变量间的相关;通过因子分析,将母根与子根中的多个变量减少为5 个新因子,再现了系统内变量之间的内在联系。在附子性状选择过程中,种球应尽量选择须根长的;可适当放宽种球须根数的选择;种球主根粗壮会使子根着生点间距紧凑;培植子根重量的同时,应兼顾子根中主根长、须根粗和分根粗的培养,这些性状关系到附子下一代的发展。

Abstract: The aims are to study the genetic law of the main agronomic characters of Aconitum carmichaeli, and provide a basis for the breeding of Aconitum carmichaeli. The characters of parent roots and daughter roots of 14 Aconitum carmichaeli germplasm resources were analyzed. The correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis and factor analysis were used to make multi-perspective research on the matrix composed of parent roots and daughter roots, the relationship among the characters was explored, and the importance of the characters in breeding was clarified. The results showed that there were different degrees of correlation among the characters of parent roots, the characters of daughter roots as well as between the characters of parent roots and daughter roots; there were six significant typical correlations between parent roots and daughter roots, and several representative indicators were selected from each group of variables to reveal the correlation between parent roots and daughter roots; the multiple variables in parent roots and daughter roots were reduced to five new factors through the factor analysis, which represented the intrinsic relationship between the variables in the system. In the process of characters selecting, those bulbs with long fibrous roots were the preferred choices; the choice of the number fibrous roots of bulbs could be relatively loosened; bulbs with stout main roots could make daughter roots have compact spacing; in addition to the cultivation of daughter roots, the cultivation of long main roots, thick fibrous roots and thick split-roots should also be taken into consideration, because these characters concerned the development of the next generation.
