京郊乡村旅游业态化的主导类型分析

摘要: 以京郊旅游专家入户诊断式培训涉及的140个行政村为对象,运用最小方差法和空间分析方法,在全面分析各村包含的业态种类的基础上,对京郊乡村旅游业态的主导类型进行研究。结果表明,京郊乡村旅游业态化大多呈组合结构,以采摘篱园化和休闲农庄化为主,其次为休闲农庄和山水人家,且表现出明显的地域分布。多业态化结构及其分布深受地理区位、自然条件和产业投入等因素的影响。水元素是京郊乡村旅游业的重要符号。近年来出现的新的经营方式应当纳入新业态范畴。

Abstract: Analysis of the Dominant Types of Rural Tourism in Beijing Suburbs Fu Hua (Institute of tourism planning and design, Capital Normal University;College of resources, environment and tourism, Capital Normal University) Abstract: The natural conditions in Beijing suburbs are diverse, and the development of rural tourism has its own characteristics. Rural tourism is one of the important means to promote the economic status of local residents and create job opportunities.It is of great significance to study the connotation and characteristics of rural tourism in order to realize the sustainable development of the tourism in Beijing suburb. According to the "standard and evaluation of rural tourism characteristic format" issued by Beijing Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau (2009), the development of village tourism in Beijing includes 8 types of formats. The variance method in mathematical statistics is an analytic method to reflect the degree of discrete data in samples, in this paper, the minimum variance method is used to study the types of tourist formats in Beijing suburbs. Taking 140 administrative villages for tourism expert diagnostic training as the object, using the minimum variance method and spatial analysis method, This paper studies leading types of rural tourism industry in Beijing basing on a comprehensive analysis of the village types. First of all, according to the survey data, the characteristics of each village is summed up respectively, and then we can find the actual percentage of characteristic format. In order to define the dominant type of village characteristic format, the corresponding matrix should be established according to the theoretical distribution proportion of characteristic format, so as to build a reference system of judgment. As there are 8 types of rural tourism in the suburbs of Beijing, there are 8 types of structural forms. Using the variance formula, the proportion of village industrial structure characteristic theory is set to M, the actual percentage as Xn, calculate the square and the difference between the two. Eight S?2 values can be got for each village. When the S?2 value is close to 0, it shows that the village characteristic format structure is closest to some theoretical proportion. Therefore, the minimum value of S2 determines the type of village characteristics of formats. The calculation results and the village tourism development status analysis can draw the main types and characteristics of the industry. The results show that the format of rural tourism in Beijing suburbs is mostly a combination structure, with picking, hedgerow and leisure farming as the main, followed by leisure farms and landscape families, and showing a clear geographical distribution. The structure and its distribution are influenced by geographical location, natural conditions and industrial investment and other factors. Water element is an important symbol of rural tourism in the suburbs of Beijing. As a historical and cultural city and the suburbs of the capital, the rural tourism in Beijing suburbs has diversified characteristics. In recent years, new modes of operation should be brought into the scope of new formats. Key words: minimum variance method; Beijing suburbs tourism; characteristic type; distribution
