Combined Application of Cake Fertilizers Affects Dry Matter Accumulation and Plastid Pigment Content of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要: 本文选用豆粕、菜粕、芝麻粕3种饼肥组合发酵作为试验材料,采用盆栽试验的方法探讨不同饼肥组合处理烟株生长、养分吸收积累及质体色素含量影响。结果表明:施用饼肥处理的各项指标均优于CK,显著增强了烤烟的生长势,提高了烟叶干物质积累及质体色素含量。不同饼肥配施处理对烤烟的农艺性状、干物质量、氮磷钾积累及叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素含量影响差异显著,以T4(饼肥组合4)处理的效果较好,建议该饼肥组合在烤烟栽培施肥中推广应用。

Abstract: The experiment aims to identify the application effects of cake fertilizers on growth, dry matter accumulation, plastid pigment of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that all indexes of tobacco in different cake fertilizer treatments were better than those of CK, and cake fertilizer application significantly enhanced the growth potential of flue-cured tobacco, increased dry matter accumulation and plastid pigment content in tobacco leaves in pot experiments. The application of organic fertilizer could significantly improve the aroma premise material of flue-cured tobacco to increase the content of aroma substance. In addition, different cake fertilizer treatments showed different influences on the agronomic traits, dry matter accumulation, contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, total chlorophyll and carotenoid content of flue-cured tobacco, and the best effects was found in combination 4 which could significantly increase the content of aroma material and be applied the cultivation and fertilization of flue-cured tobacco.
