摘要: 木质部是维管植物的运输组织,主要功能是将根部吸收的水分、养分以及信号分子长距离运输以供其它器官组织使用。本文简要综述木质部水分传导细胞由简单到复杂的进化过程和木质部发育过程中涉及到的植物激素、转录因子、纤维素合成酶、微管和微管结合蛋白等因素的调控机制。以期使人们对植物木质部进化与发育的研究有一个全面的了解和认识。
