不同油菜品种对油菜菌核病的田间抗性鉴定

Rape Varieties: Identification of Field Resistance to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum

摘要: 为明确不同油菜品种对江西省油菜菌核病的田间抗性表现,以‘中油杂200’、‘赣油杂108’和‘华油杂62’等30个不同遗传背景的油菜品种为研究对象,分别在南昌市、宜春市和九江市开展了田间自然抗性鉴定。【结果】不同的油菜品种在同一地点具有不同的抗性表现,同一油菜品种在不同地点也存在较大的抗性差异;综合各地的抗性表现,‘中油杂22’、‘赣油杂108’、‘富油668’、‘中油589’、‘圣元77’和‘赣油杂1009’对核盘菌有较高的自然抗性且稳定性相对较好。【结论】本结果可为江西省油菜菌核病抗性品种的推广应用及油菜抗性育种提供依据。

Abstract: To study the field resistance of different rape varieties to Sclerotinia. sclerotiorum in Jiangxi Province, 30 rape varieties from different province such as ‘Zhongyouza22’, ‘Ganyouza108’ and ‘Huayouza62’ were used as materials, the field nature resistance identifications were conducted in Nanchang, Yichun and Jiujiang City. These results showed that different rape varieties in the same area had different resistances, and the same rape variety also had different resistances in different areas. Combining the resistance performance in the three regions,‘Zhongyouza22’,‘Ganyouza108’,‘Fuyou668’,‘Zhongyou589’,‘Shengyuan77’and ‘Ganyouza1009’had higher and steadier nature resistances to Sclerotinia. sclerotiorum. The results can provide a basis for the application of resistant varieties and resistance breeding of rape to Sclerotinia. sclerotiorum in Jiangxi Province.
