投饵与不投饵稻田养殖‘福瑞鲤’经济效益分析

Feeding and Non-feeding Breeding of FFRC Common Carp in Paddy Fields: Economic Benefits Analysis

摘要:

为了比较分析投饵与不投饵养殖模式对稻田养殖‘福瑞鲤’的生长情况,评估分析养殖经济效益。笔者在福建省武夷山地区开展了稻田不投饵养殖‘福瑞鲤’和不同放养密度投饵养殖‘福瑞鲤’试验。结果显示:经过74天养殖,投饵组2号、3号的平均日均增重量、平均瞬时增重率、平均体重分别是不投饵组1号的2.96和2.31倍,2.67和2.14倍,1.52、1.44倍;不同放养密度投喂组间‘福瑞鲤’生长速度和平均规格差异不显著(P>0.05),但单位产量差异较大。在试验条件下,不投饵组1号平均单位利润达到2.12元/kg,分别是投饵组2号、3号的1.1和1.23倍;售价差异导致投饵与不投饵养殖模式稻田养殖‘福瑞鲤’的总利润无明显差异。因此,在一定渔获量、售价差异显著的前提下,稻田养殖‘福瑞鲤’无需开展投饵养殖方式;在投饵条件下,适当提高‘福瑞鲤’鱼种的放养密度,则有助于单位产量和经济效益的提高。

Abstract:

The study aims to compare and analyze the effects of feeding and non-feeding breeding on growth of FFRC common Carp in paddy fields, and evaluate the economic benefits. We carried out the test of non-feeding and feeding with different densities of FFRC common Carp in paddy fields in Wuyishan area of Fujian. The results showed that: after 74 days of breeding, the daily average weight increment, the average instantaneous growth rate and the average weight of feeding group FFRC common Carp (NO.2 group, NO.3 group) was 2.96 times and 2.31 times, 2.67 times and 2.14 times, 1.52 times and 1.44 times as much as that of non-feeding group FFRC common Carp (NO.1 group), respectively; the growth rate and the average size of FFRC common Carp under different densities had no obvious differences (P>0.05), while, the difference of yield per unit area was great; the average unit profit of NO.1 group was 2.12 Yuan/kg, which was 1.1 times and 1.23 times as much as that of NO.2 group and NO.3 group, respectively; the difference of the marketing price led to no significant difference in the total profit of feeding and non-feeding breeding of FFRC common Carp in paddy fields. So, under the premise that there is a significant difference of the catch and the price, feeding is not necessary in paddy fields, but under the feeding condition, properly increasing stocking density is helpful to improve the yield per unit area and economic benefits of FFRC common Carp in paddy fields.
