摘要:

标记辅助回交育种是一种目的性和可预见性强的育种方法,通过定向导入的手段能够有效提高受体品种的抗性、产量和品质,已被广泛应用在各个作物育种进程中。为了阐明该技术方法在强筋小麦品质改良中的应用情况,本文对标记辅助回交育种在强筋小麦品质改良中的应用范畴,实用性标记,强筋小麦蛋白质(质量与含量)和淀粉特性的改良,及应用前景与注意事项等方面进行了综述,以期为强筋小麦育种提供有用信息。

Abstract:

Marker-assisted backcrossing breeding is a method with strong purpose and predictability. The resistance, yield and quality are improved effectively by directional import, which has been applied in breeding process of crops. In order to clarify the application of the technology in quality improvement of strong-gluten wheat, the authors summarize the application categories of marker-assisted backcrossing breeding in the quality improvement of strong-gluten wheat, functional makers, the improvement of protein (quality and quantity) and starch in strong-gluten wheat, as well as the application prospect and the points for attention, hoping to provide useful information for strong-gluten wheat breeding.
