过氧化氢、硼酸、PEG对甜菜种子萌发的影响

Hydrogen Peroxide, Boric Acid and PEG-6000: Effects on the Germination of Sugar Beet Seeds

摘要:

为了研究不同引发剂对甜菜种子萌发的影响,为种子引发剂筛选提供依据,本研究利用甜菜种子TD802为试验材料,采用不同浓度不同引发剂组合对甜菜种子进行处理,对发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数进行测定。结果显示,处理时间相同时,不同浓度不同组合引发剂的引发效果也有差别。通过不同引发组合比对分析表明,8%过氧化氢和40%PEG组合处理的发芽势最高,5%过氧化氢处理的发芽率最高,3%过氧化氢和0.01%硼酸组合处理的发芽指数最高,8%过氧化氢和0.01%硼酸组合处理的活力指数最高。

Abstract:

In order to research the influence of different initiator combinations on seed germination of sugar beet, and provide a basis for screening seed initiators, the sugar beet seeds of TD802 were used as the test material, different concentrations and different initiator combinations were adopted to treat the beet seeds, and the germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index were measured. The results showed that initiators with different concentrations and combinations had different initiation effects at the same treatment time, the combination of 8% hydrogen peroxide and 40% PEG had the highest germination potential, 5% hydrogen peroxide had the highest germination rate, the combination of 3% hydrogen peroxide and 0.01% boric acid had the highest germination index, and the combination of 8% hydrogen peroxide and 0.01% boric acid had the highest vitality index.
