土壤动物研究热点的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Soil Fauna Research Hotspots

摘要:

土壤动物是土壤生态系统中不可缺少的重要部分,在土壤生态系统的物质循环和能量流动中起重要作用。旨在为土壤动物后续的相关研究提供当下此领域研究现状及研究热点等相关信息,以1980—2021年CNKI数据库中以“土壤动物”为标题的相关文献为数据基础,对论文发文量,机构,期刊等层次进行数据整理,运用Ucinet和Net draw进行可视化分析及热点预测。研究结果表明:在全国范围内,学界在此领域内的文献发表量逐渐增长;东北师范大学地理科学学院和贵州师范大学中国南方喀斯特研究院发文量居全国研究机构的前2位;该领域主要期刊有《生态学报》和《生态学杂志》;目前学界在研究时多关注群落结构,多样性,群落特征,凋落物分解等;殷秀琴是发表论文最多的学者;该领域的研究热点多集中于农业基础科学、农艺学、林业等方面;国家自然科学基金是资助研究土壤动物最多的基金项目。随着国内科研工作者的研究工作进一步深入,土壤动物的研究取得了快速发展和高质量成果。

Abstract:

Soil fauna are an indispensable part of the soil ecosystem and play an important role in the material cycle and energy flow in the soil ecosystem. To provide relevant information such as the current research status and hotspots in this field for the future related research on soil fauna, based on CNKI database from 1980 to 2021, we used the retrieve title of “Soil Fauna”, sorted out the annual number of published papers, institutions, journals, etc., predicted the research hotpots and conducted visual analysis by using the analytical tools of Ucinet and Netdraw. The results showed that the number of academic papers published in this field was gradually increasing in China; the top 2 institutions with most published papers were School of Geographical Sciences of Northeast Normal University and South China Karst Research Institute of Guizhou Normal University in China. The main journals in this research field were Acta Ecologica Sinica and Chinese Journal of Ecology. At present, the research mainly focused on community structure and diversity, community characteristics and litter deposition, and Yin Xiuqin was the scholar with the largest number of published papers. The research hotspots in this field were mostly concentrated in agricultural basic science, agronomy, and forestry; and the National Natural Science Foundation of China was the most funded project on relevant research. With the further in-depth work of domestic scholars, the research on soil fauna has achieved rapid development and high-quality results.
